A strategic alliance extends SEPESA's specialized services across two countries, pairing decades of Venezuelan well experience with regional reach into Perú.

Through a strategic alliance with CPVEN Servicios Petroleros S.A.C., an independent operator active since 1981, SEPESA gains specialized fracturing, cementing, testing and coiled-tubing capacity for joint deployment on demanding projects, with bases in Talara covering Perú's coastal, jungle and Amazonian basins.
This is an alliance, not a corporate combination. CPVEN Perú remains independent; SEPESA leads execution and client relationships on joint deployments, combining both teams' equipment and engineering on a single program.
The alliance lets clients draw on combined fleets, laboratories and specialists, across borders, under one point of execution.
